Where can I receive my order?

Orders can be delivered to your home, workplace, or an available drop-off address. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3–5 working days. During sale periods, delivery may take 7–10 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped.

What is the shipping fee?

We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Courier services vary by location. You will receive courier and tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

What if I am unavailable at delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If the order is not received, it will be returned to Mercer.
